Atkaracalar – Kurşunlu – Ilgaz State Highway is standing in the route of North TE-TEK Road which is connecting İstanbul and Europe to Blacksea Region, West Anatolia and Asia. The Road is counted in the Provincial Road Network of 15. Region Directorate. The present road is 12.0 m wide. The final project of the route was created by implementing 22.0 m-wide platform in urban area and 24.0 m-wide platform in rural area.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

The final project of the route was created by implementing 22.0 m-wide platform (2 x 2 = 4 strips) in urban area and 24.0 m-wide platform (2 x 2 = 4 strips) in rural area including Stripped Topographical Maps, Final Project Engineering Geological Report, Big and Small Engineering Works, Level and Elevated Intersections, Geotechnical Report, Stormwater Drainage, Hydraulic & Hydrological Computations.

– Total Length of the Road          : 48 km

– In Rural Area   : 43 km (Platform Width: 22.0 m – 2 x 2 = 4 Stripped)

– In Urban Area                : 5 km (Platform Width: 24.0 m – 2 x 2 = 4 Stripped)

– Project Speed                : 100 km/h

– Topographic Map         : 48 km long, 200 m wide stripped map

– Engineering Geology  : 48 km (87 # of Investigation Pit – 32 # of Drill)

– Superstructure Project Report              : 48 km

– Geotechnical Report   : 48 km

– Big Engineering Works : 8 # of Pre-stressed Bridge

– Small Engineering Works : 125 #

– Level Intersection        : 13 #

– Stormwater Drainage : 4 km

– Displacement of Linear Lines  : 1 km
